Eagerness to learn the painting trade and follow instructions carefully.
Physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods.
Excellent attention to detail and a desire to produce quality work.
Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle to travel to various job sites.
Punctual and dependable.
Prior experience in painting or construction is a plus but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
